James Cullen, Managing Director of Adept Building Consultancy Ltd has been shortlisted for the the emerging property person of the year and Adept Building Consultancy shortlisted in the specialist property consultancy of the year category for the Insider Property Awards 2024.

The news comes following significant growth of the business and securing instructions on major developments and schemes in the north east.
