Heritage Building Surveying

Experts in listed buildings, building conservation, heritage assets, listed building surveys, acquisition & refurbishment.

Let’s Talk

Heritage buildings require specialist assessment and review to ensure historic fabric is not compromised. Listed buildings must be managed and repaired correctly.

Our team has substantial experience in surveying listed buildings and heritage assets across the north east of England, Northumberland, Yorkshire, County Durham, Manchester, Leeds and further afield.

We are fortunate to have surveyed castles, monuments, churches, Grade I, Grade II & Grade II* listed buildings. We are experienced in defect assessment, repairs specification and refurbishment project management. Managing Director James Cullen BSc Hons FRICS has surveyed some of the finest listed buildings in the north of England. He has personally advised local authorities, institutions, private clients and high net worth individuals on their listed buildings and acquisitions.

Our advice is honest and reputable and we have good working relationships with local authority conservations officers, understanding the requirements necessary to preserve listed buildings and heritage assets in the correct manner.
