Managing Director and Chartered Surveyor James Cullen has won the Insider Media 2024 award for emerging property person of the year.
The judges said that “James established Adept in 2023 and has quickly secured commissions from national clients and large regional organisations. The judges said that the fact that James has established his own consultancy is impressive enough but to have done so without having the backing of a national or long established business or with a client base but be as successful in such a short time is truly remarkable.”
This also comes off the back of securing multiple instructions for institutions, large clients and after recruiting two building surveyors within the first year.
James was shortlisted alongside a number of talented surveyors and property professionals and to secure an award like this in such circumstances is a fantastic achievement.
Adept Building Consultancy was also shortlisted separately for the specialist property consultancy of the year award, marking another significant achievement for the business, up against some well established property consultancies.
