Our team was recently commissioned to design, specify and manage a refurbishment of a substantial warehouse facility. This was the first phase of site wide refurbishment for the client and provided them with a high specification warehouse floor. The project entailed preparation and remedial works prior to resin coating.

Adept Building Consultancy have provided a range of project services, including commercial building acquisition surveys, contract administration, project management and principal designer CDM services.

Further project phases underway include facade refurbishment, landscaping works, office refurbishment, roof repairs and car park works.
